Creating multiple entry points for digital inclusion in developing the inclusive digital economy and knowledge society in Zimbabwe.
A Warm Welcome!
Hello!
Welcome to Information and Communication Technology Association of Zimbabwe (ICTAZ) site.
As ICTAZ family, we are inspired and committed to empower citizens to master the enormous potentials offered by ICTs to fast forward progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and improve people’s lives in fundamental ways. We strongly believe that ICTs presents an unsurpassed opportunity to address most stubborn development challenges facing society. We also understand that while emerging technology breakthroughs are creating new possibilities for social and economic development, they are creating new and emerging issues which pose new challenges to society.
As part of our commitment to protect the environment and citizens, we independently watchdog the impact of ICTs on society through advocacy, interventions, auditing and regulation. ICTAZ's membership is open to all dynamic individuals and organizations who recognize ICTs as an important aspect of the national agenda and key enabler for social transformation and economic development. You can join the ICTAZ family and make a difference today.
Thank you.

ICTAZ Members Annual Convention
Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of future generations, and therefore, they must possess a vast reservoir of knowledge and honed skills. This expertise must be continually nurtured and expanded throughout their careers.
According to UNESCO, lifelong learning has been a pivotal concept in educational policies since the release of the UNESCO Faure Report (1972) and Delors Report (1996). To meet the evolving demands of their profession, teachers must continuously upgrade their skills and knowledge. Therefore, innovative solutions for ongoing teacher development are crucial.
Against this backdrop, the Association have adopted the theme, ‘Professional Retraining and Life-Long Learning for Digital Literacy in Education’ for its Annual Members Convention 2024.
Date: 26 - 29 November 2024
Venue: Forest Hills Resort in Vumba, Mutare
